CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 4’S FIRST PREMIUM DLC HAS BEEN LEAKED

BY NICK SANTANGELO

Last night, Black Ops 4 players in Australia noticed they were able to download and play the DLC’s two new multiplayer maps, Madagascar and Elevation (via Eurogamer). Some players took the opportunity to post footage of both Madagascar and Elevation to YouTube.

Players were also able to access and post footage of the new Dead of the Night zombies mode confirming that actors Kiefer Sutherland and Charles Dance appear in the new mode.

Treyarch took notice of the leaks and cautioned players that everything being played and posted is technically part of a pre-release developer build. The developer tweeted that an official trailer would arrive alongside “the real deal” today.

“We’re aware that some gameplay footage featuring pre-release versions of upcoming Black Ops Pass content has released in some regions a little earlier than planned,” tweeted Treyarch.

“The real deal arrives tomorrow, along with a new trailer, so stay tuned and stay spoiler-free out there.”

As Eurogamer points out, Call of Duty DLC packs have traditionally included four new maps alongside a Zombies entry. A total of 12 maps are said to be planned for Black Ops 4, though, so some fans are speculating that Treyarch and publisher Activision Blizzard may be planning to spread them out over six releases of two maps each, instead of the traditional three releases of four maps each.

Yesterday, Treyarch announced that Black Ops 4’s Blackout map would also receive seasonal changes today. Following Black Ops 4’s successful early sales, Activision Blizzard revealed a multiplayer-only Battle Edition.

A Way Out

Looks very interesting. It reminds me when I used to play “The God Father”. I would play this game on my kids Xbox lol.

From the creators of Brothers – A Tale of Two Sons comes A Way Out, an exclusively co-op adventure where you play the role of one of two prisoners making their daring escape from prison. What begins as a thrilling breakout quickly turns into an unpredictable, emotional adventure unlike anything seen or played before. A Way Out is an experience that must be played with two players. Each player controls one of the main characters, Leo and Vincent, in a reluctant alliance to break out of prison and gain their freedom. Together, you’ll explore notions of trust and consequence as your choices begin to catch up with you. Play the entire experience with your friends for free using the friends pass free trial feature.
